Once your request is authorized, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email to print and attach to your return package.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Processing and Refund

After our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
